I’m too demoralized by the trade vote to be energized right now. Sorry. Bob

Agreed Cruze just another sellout to corrupt cronyism. No more money from me.

Cruz’s eulogy of “Madiba” raised the red flags for me.

I donated regularly to Ted’s campaign as I’m sure many Freepers did...

But he really let me down with his trade deal vote.

I’m looking elsewhere.

Carson, although a very smart and nice man does not have a chance.

It appears the GOP has plenty of white voters who vote based on guilt.

Just like the voters who placed their vote for Obama.

that thought seems unjustified. you have no clue about what is actually in the trade deal.

Cruz likely has a better grasp of the reality

About what are you referring? “Madiba”?

Well, Ted should let us in on it. Why should anyone believe that Obama has, for the first time ever, done something to benefit America?

Some good part of this showing may come from a gut feeling of support for the black candidate here, to show that the antipathy felt toward the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut was in fact NOT racism, but to show support for a GOOD person of color.

The Current Occupant, by contrast, is a very BAD person of color. And a surprising number of “persons of color” would agree with the assessment of the Current Occupant being a BAD person, all around.

I doubt you were ever very much of a supporter since you can't even spell his name.

Oh , so the few nay-sayers are now willing to to have the GOP-E pick the candidate, are you ?

You're a bunch of cut your collective noses off to spite your faces!

Carson is far worse than Obamanation and how he won this silly straw poll is beyond me!

So now you're all going to wind up with someone whom you won't like even more than what has wound you up about Ted by staying homes or voting for someone worse. FOOLS !

Well, WHY did Cruz support Maobama on this? It seems to me that Ted is starting to listen to the forces in Washington already. His explanation sucked. Bob

So why doesn’t Cruz expose what’s in it instead of letting it be kept secret? Such as the dropping of all trade barriers to communist Vietnam?
  1. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war. …
The Naked Communist, Chapter 12
Nothing good for the USA exists in protecting the secrets of such a scheme.

Bernie Sanders is the only one running who opposed the trade deal as far as I’ve been able to find out. I think we need to better understand the details of this bill as they unfold.

Cruz has the ability better than most to wade through and process this bill and I trust him not to vote for something that will harm the country.

To those who are alarmed about the secrecy, this bill does not just effect this country, but the need not to disclose negotiations currently underway between other countries is also is a factor. Realistically speaking, if the entire bill were printed and released, how many of us would be able to understand it as written?

LOL!

You weren't voting for Cruz to begin with.

I'll keep sending real hours of volunteer time, and plenty of real money to the Cruz campaign.

I have an agenda. I want to see Cruz the last man standing. So do lots of other folks.

Good luck with your anti-Cruz agenda. It ain't working.
