So, a Canadian Christian jeweler custom-made a pair of engagement rings for a lesbian couple, Nicole White and Pam Renouf, at their request. Later, when they found out that the jeweler personally opposes same-sex marriage, they went to pieces and demanded their money back.

FO and have a good life.
Service rendered....
Once they (1) asked for the service, and (2) it was rendered as requested, then they have no right to ask for a refund, unless they are disgustuing, sleazy, self-centered morons.
With Gays, Blacks, Muslims, and most importantly Liberal/Marxists. you are damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. With all of these groups. “grievance” is the sole part of there existence.
And they wonder why we don’t “like” them.
I really believe that when it comes to “discrimination” it can go both ways; not selling to someone AND not buying from someone. They’re two sides of the same coin. The main difference is that you can usually prove one but not the other. In this instance the lesbian couple want to discriminate against the jeweler because of his beliefs. This is no different, no more hateful and bigoted, than not serving somebody because of their beliefs.
It has the same effect too - making somebody feel like an outcast and not part of society, while also having the potential to hurt them financially.
While I think our discrimination laws have become distorted these people are guilty of the same hateful feelings they claim others have for them...hypocrites.
Now Christian bakers can use the line: “I could bake you a cake, but it would be tainted.”
I always wondered why someone would want a cake from someone who was opposed to their “marriage”. Now I know. They didn’t want a serving of cake — they were just offering a serving of hate.
Here’s the B.S. about the whole story, I received a photography service from someone whom I knew to be homosexual, and still have my photographic portrait on my wall to this day, despite me knowing that he didn’t agree with my beliefs, I didn’t ask for a refund, because he gave the service as he promised. I don’t understand these people, it seems this couple in question cannot be satisfied no matter what you do. I am also concerned about their relationship prospects, because personal narcissism has a way of coming around to bite you and your personal relationships in time, kind of like Rosie O’Donnell...
So gay marriage = “taint” marriage
What homosexuals demand is not acceptance but rule and they are getting it, at least a picture of rule under the top dogs for whom LGBT is nothing more than a tool for reducing society to easily ruled drones.
So what if a Christian baker told a ‘gay’ couple that he would be willing to bake the cake and then turn the cake over to MahMood the muslim baker down the street to do the icing, decoration and wording.
What happens when MahMood refuses to do his part?
how about the same type of story, but with the Christian couple returning the goods or services when they find out the store supports fags?
The Blacks have paved the way to show that if one plays the race victim card repeatedly, one gets stuff free. These "grievance" groups are all playing the same card as the Race of Professional Victims do. It has little to do with being slighted and a lot to do with trying to get property and money with no work.
Conservatives say you can be somebody.
Liberal say you should hate somebody.
If they are saying they want to keep the rings AND get their money back, the answer is heck no.
Distorted? Discrimination laws are totally incompatible with a free society. The only discrimination that should be prohibited is discrimination by government. If the concept of private property means anything anyone can buy and sell or refuse to buy or sell to anyone for any reason at all. All restrictions of that right is purely theft and power seeking.
