I could go with that. But I’d still like to see the plaintiff take responsibility for their part at some level as a warning to others so inclined.
Granted, nailing the lawyers would prevent a lot if not nearly all such suits, but the hardcore ‘faithful’ will always find one. I compare it to the Sharpton/Jackson shakedown stuff. Even if you locked all the race hustlers up, you’d still have the ACORN types who are not ‘officially’ affiliated that could find a stooge to front their causes.
Lawyers are absolutely the enablers, no question. But IMO, not the core problem. That core is the legal lotto players.

Blaming the lawyers is like blaming the gun. They are just animals who attack whoever you tell them to. These people decided to attack you, your freedoms, your constitutional rights and your right to defend yourself and your family. These leftist bullies broke the law by bringing this frivolous suit.
