Blaming the lawyers is like blaming the gun. They are just animals who attack whoever you tell them to. These people decided to attack you, your freedoms, your constitutional rights and your right to defend yourself and your family. These leftist bullies broke the law by bringing this frivolous suit. Ideally, yes. America would do well to set the legal clock back about 200 years. Complete with pillorys in the town square for just such occasions. I think we’d see the ‘grieving parents’ and lawyers alike reevaluate the burning need for ‘justice’.
