LOL! If he did, I hope they got the last part in writing!

I feel sorry for these people if they were counseled to push for this in the suit. They've been violated twice, if that is the case. Once by the shooter, and again by the shyster.

Of course, a strong sense of justice, despite having experienced the grossly unfair, might have caused them to just say "no" instead of proceed.

I can’t feel sorry for the victim’s parents because they sought to shift the blame from the actual criminal and onto innocent persons. The parents DESERVE to lose. NO,a thousand times NO, to forgiving the legal costs. And if a bunch of idiots want to donate through GoFundMe or any other method ,that is fine;it is their right to throw their money away. The companies should not have to factor defending frivolous lawsuits into the price of legal products. There is entirely too much legal extortion which is encouraged by insurers who take the safe way out and buy off the complainant regardless of merit..

and a third time by the movie theater who established a kill zone with the gun free signs. in Colorado gun free zones (other than federali property, schools, and specific usually government areas) are not legally binding and i chuckle every time i walk into a store displaying a kill zone sign.
