maybe the lawyer should be directly liable. (AND NOT DISCHARGABLE IN BANKRUPTCY)

I remember reading an article about the increasing dearth of OB/GYNs in PA because of malpractice suits.

OTOH, in PA, lawyers have a limit of $75K on their liability for malpractice.

I'm sure the lawyers all conspire together, so I wouldn't be surprised to see severe CO limitations on suing lawyers for malpractice.
