There’s a new wrinkle to the emails Hillary Clinton turned over to the State Department.
On Friday, the department released 300 of the 30,000 emails the former Secretary of State turned over from her private email server.
The State Department teased the news by claiming that there would be no big news found in the email:
But among them, apparently, were details on Benghazi that were considered so sensitive as to now be classified.
The Associated Press laid out the details:
The email in question, forwarded to Clinton by her deputy chief of staff Jake Sullivan, relates to reports of arrests in Libya of possible suspects in the attack.
The information was not classified at the time the email was sent but was upgraded from “unclassified” to “secret” on Friday at the request of the FBI, according to State Department officials. They said 23 words of the Nov. 18, 2012, message were redacted from the day’s release of 296 emails totaling 896 pages to protect information that could damage foreign relations.
Because the information was not classified at the time the email was sent, no laws were violated, but Friday’s redaction shows that Clinton received sensitive information on her unsecured personal server.
The Clinton campaign quickly fired back at the news, reminding people that it was just recently classified:

According to the Times, Secy of State Hillary had '“information that included the whereabouts and travel plans of American officials in Libya as security there deteriorated during the uprising against the leadership of Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi in 2011.”
Even more egregiously, Hillary was getting secret emails from
her confidant Sidney Blumenthal. Who is Sidney Blumenthal?
The NYT reported on Blumenthal's secret emails
to Hillary (emails she did not want revealed):

The crimes committed here are so numerous that they boggle even the most astute mind. Just for starters: Collusion, conspiracy, bribery, govt fraud, falsified documents, wire transfers, accounting fraud, misuse of govt position, etc, etc, etc.

Apparantly Hillary is exempt from all provisions of the Federal Records Act, as well as exempt from all law pertaining to the protection and custody of classified information.
Additionally, any server, or computer, or server, or for that matter modem, or wire, or fiber optic cable, that Hillary uses or even touches is also exempt from the FRA and all law pertaining to the disposition of classified information at the Secret or Top Secret level.
This is a "Look! A squirrel!!" moment.
What I believe is the most egregious illegal act is the fact that she had her own server,
NOT CERTIFIED TO PROCESS CLASSIFIED EMAILS,
and not in a room certified for such AND hooked into a non-certified network of wiring she obviously did not have in her basement.
This is a MAJOR security violation and a big no-no.
Jail-able offense.
Now the foreign governments that have copies of the email form Hillary’s unsecure server will just go look at their copies and see what 23 words are soooooo important.
If she used the server for all SOS business, then there has to be classified material on the server. She can’t have it both ways. Tom Brady gets a bigger punishment for not releasing his phone texts. He has a right to not self incriminate.

Perhaps the bad guys attacked Benghazi BECAUSE they had prior access to Hillary’s UNSECURED email server.. Whoopsie.
Not to mention if you take a pound of pressure out of a football, you are suspended. Get caught with 2 billion in graft, no problem.

This isn't simply carelessness, it is open and shameless contempt of the office and the country for which she is supposed to be working. This individual belongs in prison.

There is another possibility. Hillary didn't spend a lick of time doing State Dept. business. Pimping for the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative had to be time consuming work. Especially for a drunk.
She said she did not send state dept messages through her private e-mail. She didn't say anything about receiving messages though it.
By her own admission she did all of her State Dept. business on her private server. Since that time the sound of crickets chirping has drowned out the protests of virtually all of our elected representatives who are undoubtedly hopping mad and demanding that the rule of law be applied equally.
Shame about them crickets.
