One of nine bikers killed at a shootout outside a Texas restaurant was a Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient whose family members dispute police claims he was in a criminal group.
An Associated Press review of Texas court records and a database maintained by the state department of public safety turned up no criminal history in Texas for Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, of New Braunfels. And his son Vincent Ramirez told the San Antonio Express-News that he was not violent.

The CCTV video was given to AP. Stated in article and confirmed by owners and they stated why they gave it to AP.

Police have said that only 4 of the officers fired their weapons.
Think about that. 4 guns, 27 bikers shot, 9 died. And about 1/2 of the dead bikers received headshots.

This stinks. The media parades the one black guy to turn white America against the whole group they might otherwise be sympathetic towards. Heavy PSY OPS going on here which means we might be looking at this event as part of Jade Helm.
Head shots are indicative of SWAT macho men with scopes or lotsa practice targeting with sights.

Still not seeing any raw CCTV footage.
Like many, I have been following this with interest. As the days go by what happened is starting to take shape in spite of the media and gummint’s furious smoke. Kent State. What happened was a police riot. Clearly. Police shooters out of control. No tinfoil here. I doubt any of the killers got up that day and decided to commit murder. Just a fog of war kinda deal. Inexperienced in actual combat, highly trained in marksmanship and heavily equipped. A backfire from an engine could have started the shooting and once fingers went into the guards it was a done deal. The responsible parties are the ones who ordered the ambush. Of course we will never hear those names. The media and certain demographics can not wrap their minds around the fact that not everything gummint does is good.
God bless him for his service and I hope it doesn't turn out to be a bad deal engineered by LEOs that ended up murdering folks and screwing the royal pooch.
