(RNN) - All six officers charged for the death of Freddie Gray have been indicted by a grand jury.
"As our investigation has continued, additional info has been discovered, and, as is often the case, additional charges can be added," Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby said during a press conference in Baltimore.

So, the 6 were arrested a couple of weeks ago before they were indicted today.
I hope they hire some sharp lawyers. It seems the Baltimore legal process is slimy at best.
No, I'm not sure - nothing in the law is ever sure. But I have a hard time seeing a judge toss this case out before it gets to trial.
The people of Maryland in general, and Baltimore in particular, will get what they voted for, then DEMANDED. So enjoy the show.

No, the tapes do not show that medical assistance was requested at the arrest location. The Conservative Treehouse report with the transcripts is here. It shows that an ambulance was requested at 9:22 am, at 1600 W. North Ave. Gray was arrested at 8:40 am, on the 1700 block of Presbury street. The stop at 1600 W. North street was (as I noted in my previous post), the van's fourth stop, and took place 40 minutes after Gray's arrest (I said an hour above, because I mistakenly thought Gray had been arrested at 8:20, not 8:40).
She was going to go on maternity leave too..she worked with inner city kids, trying to save them from a life of crime, just to be killed by a gang banging thug

Yeah - I just read that it was her very last shift before going on maternity leave, too. At least the murderous thug was killed himself, but that's no consolation and obviously doesn't bring her back for her baby. Just awful. Unspeakably awful.
She sounds like a wonderful human being. This country lost someone truly great, wanted to help children in need, and was a young mother..this one really hurts because it didnt have to happen
Yeah. Sometimes a person’s virtues are “played-up” following their death, but this doesn’t seem like one of those cases. Officer Orozco seemed to be one of the genuinely great people out there. I feel terribly for her new baby, her husband, the rest of her family (I think I read somewhere that she had a stepchild) and friends, and the people of Omaha.

Yes, there have been several posters who have called me a lib or otherwise insulted me because I have been critical of the officers in the Gray case. It’s nonsense - I don’t think there is a “conservative” position on the officers’ conduct, and I certainly don’t think that being critical of officers who refused requests for medical attention and wound up with a dead/dying prisoner is somehow anti-conservative.
Very little attention. Nobody in the media cares that a white female cop was murdered by a gangster.
Sorry for the confusion. I listened to the actual tapes when they were first posted. All of the dispatches being transmitted at the time were still on the tape. When I heard the officers call for medical assistance they were at the exact location that they had reported eye contact with Freddie Gray, at 1600 W. North. That was why I thought the EMT’s were called where the arrest was made. At any rate, Mosby’s claim that “at no time was medical assistance requested for Mr. Gray” is false. Medical assistance was requested when they picked up the next prisoner and an officer was left behind to redirect EMT’s. There was already a prisoner in the van when they picked up Gray, an his identity has not been released. The third prisoner was Donta Allen. Most of the media has not picked up on this fact yet.
Sadly her actions are painting a target on coppers everywhere. Not just the six locals.

I wonder if her meeting at the White House a couple days ago involved her asking 0dumbo to get his NSA to eavesdrop on phone calls and emails of her officers. She’s probably looking over her shoulder a lot lately.
