I’m going to state the obvious. Of course “we’re” (ie: the US under Obama) losing. ISIS didn’t even exist until Obama thought it would be fun (or whatever) to work to topple the leaders in Libya, Syria, Egypt, etc. Result....ISIS emerged and filled the vacuum, with the help of US guns, financing, and training.
