Rush was mentioning that there have been 25 murders in Baltimore so far this month. Cops are behaving reserved.
No matter how incompetent or inconsistent with standards and procedures the black, female prosecutor is, the black, female prosecutor will not be held to account, nor expected to adhere to standards applied to “white” or “male” prosecutors.
If/when the cases falls apart because of prosecutorial exuberance, it will be blamed on systemic, institutional white privilege and racism ... i.e., “whitey’s fault” ...
She can “Nifong” all she wants without ever having to worry she will end up disgraced and disbarred like Nifong.
