Isn’t it the judge’s job to decide which sorts of evidence get included or excluded, not the prosecutor’s?

Ha! Mosby is a liar. The knife is the central issue to her supposed “false imprisonment” (i.e. illegal arrest) charges.
Clearly she has now determined that the cops were right and the knife was an illegal switchblade under the local ordinance. Now everything boils down to whether this was a proper “Terry” stop.

Suspected of WHAT?
Fleeing at the sight of cops isn’t grounds for anything. I get nervous upon seeing cops, and have no encounter history beyond speeding tickets.
If Freddy has no knife....he’s not arrested, and he walks away. I don’t think they ever found an ounce of any drug on him. As I see it....the knife is one of the three key bits of the whole episode.
