Here's another question to add to the long and growing list of those that have gone unasked since Hillary Clinton announced her run for the presidency on April 12. What is the significance of that second private email address?

Or, there were many private emails, FRC17 was for Sid Vicious HRC22 was for Humma and so on. This would allow here to either place people in a loop or keep them out of a loop and none of the recipients would be able to contact the others?

It’s just as it looks. It’s done for compartmentalization. Think of them as email lists. She fires off one at HROD17 and it goes to group of people, then another one gets fired off at HROD22 and it goes to another group of people.
When that topic or project is done, the email account gets deleted and all the archival data along with it.
Each email address will address a specific topic or project. It’s using email as a file cabinet, but just easier to limit access and destroy the data without there being big ugly email deletion holes in a general email account.
Cankles prolly created DOZENS of mail accounts, shrinking her name/maidan name, and adding some favorite numbers that she could remember.
She may have placed controls or filters or unique address books on each account. That would limit, say, accidentily cc’ing Bill a confirmation weekend hookup with Huma.
I would not be surprised to learn Cankels had over 100 email accounts, each set-up to manage a unique corrupt endeavor/program/adventure.
At the recipient end, it also frustrates comprehensive discovery.
There may be more emails from her floating around in various government agency email archives, but if you don't know all the addresses she was using you won't know what to search for.
The same reasons Billy Jeff has 22 different phone numbers.

Hillary is an attorney and she is too well organized to have just 1 or 2 addresses.
She keeps her “clients” separate.

I’d have thought people would have started looking at the other numbered names immediately. I mean, think about it. It makes some sense if you are John Doe and want to get a google email address with your name, that at this point you’ll probably be john_doe54854893.
Now, Clinton was running her own server. Why the hell does she need anything beyond “HRC”? The obvious answer is that she doesn’t, and that other addresses were used to compartmentalize things, and allow addresses to be filed based on addressee. There was most likely an underlying email address that all the emails were routed to, because I’m sure she’s not savvy enough to actually manage multiple from addresses.
I do much the same thing. I use an email forwarding service, and have for the past 20 years or so. I have multiple names though everything is ultimately delivered to the same address. Makes sorting spam more straightforward.
