I fired a 25 year unionized federal employee. By the time the dust settled the union didn’t even take it to arbitration. I’ll admit, it took a lot of documentation, but it can be done.

If we accept that slavery is the plantation system then the DOJ is right. The plantation system continues to this day. In the ‘70s Baltimore adopted a special variation of Alinsky organizing that is the ultimate plantation system. Msgr Baroni took the Baltimore model to Jimmy Carter and designed what is still the dominant Federal approach to domestic programs.

Example: The DHS policy is abolished by EO and a new one put in place. The new policy says that ALL DHS agents will fully assist local law enforcement in apprehending illegal border crossers and illegals now in country and make any assistance, verbal, written or physical that would interfere with the execution of that policy is a firing offense. Which is a given but just to rub their noses in it, state it clearly.
The radicals hired by the Obama cartel will never comply. So you fire them for insubordination and then arrest and imprison the most serious offenders for sedition and threats to national security under secret letters/Patriot Act provisions.
That is 100% legal and doable if one has the will.

One could probably make a far more coherent argument that ending slavery is to blame for the riots in Ferguson and Baltimore, if she really wants to go there.
The Egyptians held slaves. The Romans held slaves. The Irish held slaves. The Vikings held slaves. American Indians held slaves. The word "slave" derives from "Slav". Since the chances that anyone alive today does not have any ancestors who were slaves at some time is effectively zero, if we just left everything exactly the same as it is now, it would amount to exactly the same thing.
It is all about slavery, the Black peoples enslavement by the demonrat party!
When the Conservatives take over in 2017, EVERY person hired by the Federal Government since January 1, 2000 should be fired!
AND, EVERY Federal civilian employee eligible to be retired should be retired!
