Facts.
1. There was a shootout.
2. There were several MC's there.
3. The Bandidos are a well known 1%er OMC. Cossacks are probably 1%ers as well, as some of their pictured members have what is likely an Aryan Brotherhood related prison tattoo (SS lightning bolts).
4. It was reported that all that were killed were members of MC's.
5. There was an altercation.
6. There was previous bad blood between Cossacks and Banditos.

Could I see the cops shooting patched members? Yes. That's believable. If deadly force (includes hammers and blunt objects) is being used in the melee in the public restaurant, that can easily be forseen.

Could I see outlaw MC's trying to pin this on the police? Yes. Takes off some of the heat.

From what I’ve gleaned from the news is that only a few were the primary combatants. A police spokesman said that there were members of other clubs who weren’t involved. Police were on the scene because they expected trouble and say they didn’t fire till fired upon directly because they knew that many were non combatants.
