The Fox News host issued a statement to TheWrap through his personal attorney Fred Newman on Monday saying, "All allegations against me in these circumstances are 100% false. I am going to respect the court-mandated confidentiality put in place to protect my children and will not comment any further."
Media website Gawker reported that O'Reilly had been accused of physical assault during a three-year custody battle with his ex-wife, Maureen McPhilmy.
Though most of the documents are sealed, Gawker reported that "a source familiar with the facts of the case" revealed that "a court-appointed forensic examiner testified at a closed hearing that O'Reilly's daughter claimed to have witnessed her father dragging McPhilmy down a staircase by her neck, apparently unaware that the daughter was watching."
The incident is believed to have occurred at the couple's Manhasset, New York, home at some point prior to their separation in 2010. The couple also has an 11-year-old son Spencer.
O'Reilly and McPhilmy went through a bitter custody battle following their 2011 divorce. McPhilmy ended up winning custody of their two minor children three weeks ago.
This isn't the first time "The O'Reilly Factor" host has been dogged by controversy. In 2004, he was sued for sexual harassment by former producer, Andrea Mackris. The case was eventually settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.

How can O’Blowhard continue to criticize the state of broken families and violence in the black community when his own home is broken and he uses violence when it suits him?
” He IS a blowhard liar who faked a report against FR.”
Bill was a fraud from day one. Serves him right to suffer.
LOL - you’ve got it.
His replacement is guaranteed to be worse.
And we’ll still laugh at the pathetic attempts to paint us as “bad guys” as BOR and his likely replacement probably will do or continue to do.
“Curses, foiled again!”
LOL
*deadpan*
He looks completely level headed and sane!
* end deadpan*
Yeah, I can’t keep that up without busting into laughter.
He must have answered the question: “When did you stop beating your wife, Mr. O’Reilly...?”
Some watch him for the entertainment value of watching a rabid puppy drool and shake.
“Andrea Mackris claimed in the suit that OReilly bombarded her with sexually explicit comments, including telling her of fantasies involving her and a loofah sponge.”
Ah yes, Loofah Boy O’reilly, I’d forgotten that one!
He was practically orgasmic when interviewing the One.
Bump
After O’Really pulled a sleazy scummy LYING takedown attempt on FR, I honestly discount anything he says without first confirming it in triplicate.
Bill is a populist. You could choose positions using a dartboard and get a more cohesive worldview.

How are the accusations documented? By whom? Where, In what venue? Rumors, hearsay, magazines, sworn court documents?
All he has to do is become a follower of mutthamed and he can claim he was just exercising his religious rights over his property.

I figured out the Bill O game by the end of his first year, and haven’t watched him since. His game is to be conservative one day, and liberal the next. Bill wrote the book on how to be a Ratings Whore. No thanks.
The sure fire way to have sealed records released is to run against Obama.
I’m going to have to take Billy’s side on this. After seeing many divorces from my friends it is very common to allege domestic violence. Especially when it comes to custody of children. Throw in the fact that Billy is a wealthy man I suspect the lawyer was advising his ex to claim abuse.
Sadly, some haven’t figured that out and take him at his word.
