You haven't answered the real question. Are your incomes based on quantifiable performance metrics, i.e. sales numbers?

If so, go back to my original post, how he spends office time doesn't matter, only provable results count.

Education, time spent in the office, come early leave late, nobody cares... check the numbers, then ax yourself if his customers spend more than yours and why?

He gets paid more. I didn’t work less hard than boys after I got out of tge military. Yet I get paid less

Maybe he could tell me why I, who have twice the education, near the experience, twice the workload of my counterpart (twice as many customers as he, do I make less than he does.
