Two female Baltimore corrections officers were caught on tape last month allegedly looting a 7-Eleven store during the riots, according to a CBS affiliate.

Tamika and Kendra may be on their way to spending some not so quality time with their former inmate charges. Should be interesting. But, if they get jailed (possible) they will be segregated in 23 hour lockdown for their own protection.
Oh yeah, that goes without saying.
You know they will! Their union and attorneys are working overtime getting a deal for them. I am sure their union buddies are chipping in unused sick and vacation time as well as other union perks until things settle down and they can put them back to work....
The only shock is that they were suspended without pay and charged.

Correctional officers. I always get a kick out of that term. Garbage man is “sanitation engineer” prison guard is “correctional officer.”

Nasty...I’m sure we’ve been providing all of their necessities (and plenty of luxuries) and “dey raise dem babies”....I was shredded a couple of weeks ago for suggesting that corrections officers are anything but noble keepers of the peace. Here in NJ they’ve had issues with them smuggling contraband to inmates.
If this is what we can expect from those that bother getting up to go to work, what future is there for the rest?
In most casses the omly difference between them is a gate. Most are hired from the hood and know the inmates from the hood

Just getting even for all the years of “microaggression” by the store owner.
I’ll bet they smuggle drugs in to the inmates also.
