Even if he does this, I will NOT vote for him in a general election, and I will do everything in my power to stop this cycle of settling for the second least evil alternative. I simply will not do this any more. Not for one damn second.
I expect Bush to be the Nominee and to lose the election to whoever ends up as the Democrat nominee. I really don’t think Bush actually wants to be president. He does want the honor of the Nomination, though. If he wanted to win the election he would not be cutting off the conservatives with so much determination. He would have a better chance at the election if he had switched parties a year or so after he ceased being governor of Florida.
