Because there are too many generations of ghetto mommas having too many ghetto babies most of whom don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of ever getting out of the ghetto and breaking the ghetto cycle of failure and despair. The Democrats are cool with that though. It works well for them. Once weed is made legal, it will work even better for them. Weed makes it easier to live with failure and despair.
It’s as simple as rhubarb pie... it has nothing to do with race either. Obama is dredging up hatred in order to forment a civil war and what is the most devisive element in America? Race.
Until African Americans see that they are being used as tools to accomplish the agenda, they will continue to be used as such. 0bummer and his ilk or The ilk and their 0bummer are exploiting this for all its worth until it bubbles over into something we haven’t seen since Lincoln was President. At the head of this movement is Soros who gives funding for this. Soros is a Nazi and always will be. He is very upset that Germany did not take over the world. So he is using his power and wealth to influence America into that which Hitler could not. The best way to destroy the enemy is from within. That is what he is doing. 0bummer is just a pawn in this. The ironically funny thing about this is 0bummer is eating from the trough that is being filled with his own people. He thinks this will set them free but how is he ever wrong. This will shackle not only those who wish to be free from them but also shackle everyone else as well save the very few elite like Soros.

Why should the Democrats do anything different for the ghettos, since now they are getting 110 votes for every 100 people there?
If they change anything, if they better these peoples’ lives - they may in all likelihood lose some votes - as the people make money and get the hell out of there.
They don’t have to listen to complaints, they don’t have to fix the schools, stop the drug trade, or even pick up the trash - because they got the votes and can never lose them. Why break a sweat!
