Guggenheim rules state that people should speak quietly, not run and not disturb other visitors.That is racist. Change the rules to say speak loudly, run around and disturb others. Then they will be culturally sensitive.

My thought as well. Clearly those rules are culturally insensitive and don’t take into account diversity & different societal norms.
