That is very odd wording. They are suspected of being a Subway shop worker??? Really???

A suspected Subway sandwich store employee
Alleged employee?
The truth doesn’t matter so much as the seriousness of the charge.

Why does the NY Post include that the person worked for Subway?
To: max americana
That sentence made me laugh out loud!

Just because they have a green shirt doesn’t mean they work at Subway. I mean I doubt anybody would wear a Subway shirt that didn’t work there, but there’s no law preventing it.

To create as much outrage as possible.
To: nickcarraway
What has this to do with Subway? Did the appoint her as Corporate Spokeswomen? If not, she is just a typical Democrat trained “victim’ that happens to work at Subway.

“I thought they had bacon and ham.”
Britain is quickly surrendering and capitulating to muslims. Also, 200 of 1,500 British Subways have submitted to islamic pork and ham demands. So far, reportedly none in the USA have.

A picture I saw showed her wearing a Subway hat.

That was a business decision that was primarily, in not entirely, in the
U.K. & Ireland. Since I believe in free market enterprise, I do not have a problem with them altering some stores to meet the wishes of their clientele. If they had made the change throughout the chain, then I would have had a problem with their decision. That problem would have resulted in my not engaging in business at their establishments.
But this is an employee, or possibly an employee (according to the article). Now if she is an employee and Subway retains her as an employee then Subway would be in the wrong, at least in my opinion. Let's see what they do before we pass final judgment.

Because she made these comments while proudly wearing her uniform!
