My original point was that I do not think it is constructive to jump onto a thread about one candidate who is opposing a candidate I favor and make snarky comments. And I myself have been guilty of such, and I am trying to resist the temptation to continue to do so.
It is perfectly legitimate, however, to post actual refutation of a statement about a given candidate’s stand/policy on certain issues if one can supply references.
Far too often, we — including me — just make a nasty remark about the guy instead of outlining how or why he is wrong about this or that issue.
