I have no objection if they keep the same standard. My guess though is that, if this is done honestly, no woman alive would pass SEAL training. Very few of the most fit men in the world pass. Given the gap between male and female strength and endurance, even a female Olympic athlete would be unlikely to pass.
After more than 40 years of this, how can people keep repeating that saying? They have never kept the same standard, ever. Females in the military are, and always have had, a different standard.
If they didn't have a female standard, then almost no females would be in the military.
