Iran is not a threat to the USA. Iran is a threat to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is a threat to the USA as it sponsors Sunni jihadi terrorstis and created or influences al-Qaeda, the Moslem Brotherhood, the Islamic State, Boko Haram, Al Shabab, Abu Sayyaff, Laskar-e-Toiba, the Taliban etc.
