I think under this Admin Senate Subpoenas don't mean anything, just look at how many times the people called before the committees have basically told them to go pound salt or they refuse to comply.

That happens only when the Democrats are fully in charge of the chamber (House or Senate). The subpoena is then fully enforced on the subject (usually a conservative organization, business or individual) with lots of gratuitous publicity from the Democrat Party media in the country.

Then a very public Stalinist like show trial begins in some Congressional committee where lots of Leftist, Liberal trumped up righteous indignation is displayed and the Democrats attempt to publicly humiliate the subject of the supoena.
