Should the U.S. military serve as a dumping ground or a visa mill for Obama’s unlawful amnesty program? This is not a hard question to answer for ordinary Americans who respect our sovereignty, rule of law, and are concerned about our national security. But late Wednesday night, 6 Republicans joined every Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee in blessing this illegal policy of the Obama administration.
The issue at hand is Obama’s unilateral decision to place illegal aliens in the military and grant them citizenship under the Military Accessions Vital to National Interest, (MAVNI) program. The MAVNI program is designed to recruit legal immigrants or those here lawfully on temporary visas into the army specifically because of their proficiency in foreign languages. These foreign nationals are then given citizenship in return for their service and are able to bypass the 10-year green card process.
Last year, without any protest from key Republicans in the debate, Obama compounded his lawlessness by opening the MAVNI program to his DACA amnesty recipients. Now, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that 43 illegal aliens have been admitted to the military under MAVNI.

I think every FReeper knows it’s important to get rid of RINOs. The issue is how to do that without putting a RINO on steroids, otherwise known as a Democrat, in a RINO’s place. It’s getting difficult to tell them apart. I’ll give you that.

just about the only exception to immigration laws I could support is the “serve in the military” one (and I realize its not without controversy)... it has been (off and on) a feature of immigration law both in USA and some European countries for a long time
and it makes a certain amount of sense.

I’m not going on any big crusade of this, I’d like to see more American young men join the forces (its good for USA and its good for the soldiers/sailors too!)

Paranoid? Just look at the entire history of the Moslems...
they took over, by force or subversion, dozens of independent nations all over the world... and they are the ONLY significant alien group that is INSTRUCTED from birth to take over the lands of innocent non-Moslems, to lie to them as necessary in doing this, and then to subjugate the populations under threat of murdering them (both of which practices they do regularly, and on a mass scale)
