No, this is a smart move. Hillary! is being pinned by being forced to testify under oath. Once she does that she comes under perjury charges.
Gowdy’s thinking strategically here. This is good.

The media cannot now claim this is a witch hunt or fishing expedition. It closes off the one tool Hillary! has: the media. Gowdy’s simply asking her to come in and talk under oath.
If she’s honest and this is all just a big hullabaloo, then all’s well. She’s testified before and she’s in DC all the time. This will grind her up and is grist to the mill for our side.

Did you really read what he said, “... under penalty of perjury” .. which means that if they gain access to the “erased emails” .. and they indicate that SHE LIED .. under the “penalty of perjury” .. she could be charged.

Read Gowdy’s words. Hitlery will never swear to anything about her e-mail under penalty of perjury and Gowdy knows it.
The knee jerks around here get so tiresome! If they don’t like their Congressthing, let them run for office or stfu. It’s so easy to sit behind a keyboard and complain about what those in the arena are doing.
I think he has some very relevant tricks up his sleeve. He is a bulldog and doesn’t give up easily. I think he’s setting her up....IMHO....
