“All of these stories are intended to try and get the people stirred up enough to demand the Federal Government have direct control over Local and State law enforcement.”........
Closer to the truth than one might realize.
No cop needs full auto.
No cop needs an MRAP.
Sharpton Calls For DOJ To "Take Over Policing," "Going To Have To Fight States Rights"
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kinda hard to dismiss MCF's point...
Yes it is, and what’s even more amazing this is exactly one of the things Hillary had in mind with her famous threat of a “Scorched Earth Policy” during B Clinton’s impeachment.
Even after BC was not convicted and removed from office Hilary went ahead with her planned “Scorched Earth Policy” and attempted to implement her plan beginning on March 20,1999.
Notice how the slug Michael Moore is calling for the release of all black prisoners, mandatory release of tens of thousands of prisoners because of police misconduct was also part of Hillary’s “Scorched Earth Policy”.
The alternative to a mandatory release of tens of thousands of violent prisoners on the streets because of police misconduct would have been a suspension of the Constitution.
Suspend the Constitution and the Bent One would stay in office permanently.
Another part of Hillary’s “Scorched Earth Policy” was a complete collapse of the criminal justice system.
You might want to take special notice Hillary has been saying the criminal justice system is broken.
History repeating itself.
Nothing unusual when a psychopath like Hillary is the one that created the history to begin with.
>>Just when I was all in for the cops (Ferguson, Baltimore)...but now this? I dunno.<<
This sort of stuff is happening more and more across the nation.
Drunk and mouthy.......this is a reason to face plant a woman to the pavement/floor?
Out of control.
>>If that comes about America will become a tyrannical police state.<<
Brother...we’re already there!
Asking this as a question? Good grief. This woman went down violently face first. That could very well have ended her life.
If she had died, would it then be excessive force? Another post spelled it out. Here is a girl, drunk, officers twice/three times her size, could easily had brought her to the floor without endangering her life.
Think about your daughter or son going to spring break, having a lil too much to drink and the cops slamming them face first into the floor.
Bingo!
When they train to shoot mothers in front of their children, she should be grateful that this one only broke her face.
I could be wrong, but when I watched the video, I got the impression that the woman just dropped to the pavement when the officer turned her around — a drunk dead drop, rather than a slam by the policeman.
Not really, these are just city cops, not paratroopers.
You might as well stay all for them.
In that case, we deserve what we get.
That was common before the 1980s, look at the Vietnam war movies where the Americans were always incompetent, afraid, and evil, and movies of international espionage, the enemy was almost always the American government and the CIA, and generally the KGB was portrayed as less evil and corrupt than American agencies.
Look at many of the famous movies of the era, America was the great spy evil.
The article title says “allegedly” but then in small print it says,
“Video Shows Police Slamming Woman to Ground, Breaking Four Facial Bones”
When i watch the video i can not, honestly, tell what happened?
Then the cities and states need to quickly figure out a way to end police unions and control of city elections and city government, and take control of this situation.
Even now when we have video, how did L.A.P.D. decide on the benefit of the cop body cams? They decided that the policeman gets to view the video before he is questioned.
"Los Angeles Police Department Chief Charlie Beck has proposed a body camera policy that would allow officers involved in shootings to view video of the incident before being interviewed by department investigators"
That’s how it looked to me, but there’s a lawsuit which surely wouldn’t be filed without merit.
I can truthfully say that the police did not do this where I lived when I was young. When crimes were committed, they made arrests and put people in jail, and when necessary, prison. And when necessary, they subdued the individual. But that was necessary very seldom. But that is not the case now.
