I went to lunch with an old friend from a community (a couple of communities actually) that I know are virulently anti-Brownback. He brought it up and I said I was happy that I hadn’t had to pay Kansas state taxes and that now the tax cuts were working. All he could do was mutter and grump. It was lovely.
The liberals are absolutely beside themselves here. It has become a standing joke. You would think that pampering every little department of the state government is man’s highest calling.
We have the most cowardly and lazy press in the country, still promoting the story that only ‘the rich’ had their tax rates cut. In fact, we all did - and it’s showing.
