You don't need to repeal ObamaDon'tCare, dumbasses. Just pass Health Savings Account Legislation and Medical Savings Account Legislation and let people decide for themselves which they'd rather participate in.

Yeah, yeah. I know Preezy Obola would just veto it but that would only give the Republican candidate one more issue to be part of is or her campaign.

There are actually a number of options available to them. They refuse all because it is easier to accept and make excuses than it is to actually confront and change.

HSAs already exist. ObamaCare did not make them illegal or anything.

That is the correct approach. It will have to wait until Obama is gone, but the solution is to allow people to opt out of Obamacare to an open range of new options, which could (and should) include policies that do not include community rating and guaranteed issue. Since Obamacare is a massive vehicle for cross subsidies, this would open the door to a mass exodus. The death spiral would set in.

The question is then what to do about the people who are stranded. A solution to this problem has to be part of legislation. Reassignment to Medicaid is a simple answer, but surely we can do better than that.
