Late Friday night, anyone looking for the GoFundMe page set up to help the Gresham bakers facing a large unlawful discrimination award would have hit a dead end.

A supporter of Aaron and Melissa Klein set up the campaign to help raise money for the couple after an administrative law judge for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries issued a proposed order recommending they pay $135,000 in damages to a lesbian couple from Portland.

Not one penny should go to the homosexuals that couldn’t get cakes to celebrate their perversion.

I completely agree.

This was without any doubt an excessive fine in violation of the 8th Amendment. There is no way an administrative law judge has the power or authority to demand that kind of payment for a diminimus and questionable violation of any law.

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted

Here on planet Earth, lawyers cost money. If they need lawyers to defend themselves, it makes sense to help offset the cost of those lawyers.

They made a mistake using a vulnerable site like GoFundMe.

It has now become a modus operandi of the left to try and cut off funding for those they disagree with. From Operation Choke Point at the Just Us Department, to large scale harassment and threats against organizations like GoFundMe.

So obviously, conservatives need to steer clear of such weak points, if at all possible. Instead, they need to go through conservative organizations used to the threat and intimidation tactics of the left.

Ideally, some conservative will set up a *private* company like GoFundMe, that cannot be either Choke Pointed, or harassed into compliance. And they can refuse leftist campaigns as well.

“What ugly, bitter people they are.”

Which is why I can’t understand why so many people in all walks of life just blindly support their agenda. Which, btw, is quite detrimental to school children.

Yet these same people will shun a Tea Partier or Christian or Conservative or a Patriot based on the absolute unsubstantiated claims they’re mean-spirited and bitter.

I wonder if this kind of punitive damage can be discharged in a bankruptcy. Something makes me think “no.”

[[I now think that the idea may be subject to discrimination laws, because homosexual cakes are singled out. Don’t know, ]]

Well if that would be discrimination, then Christians can sue gay organizations for raising money solely for gay businesses or whatever-

It’s not against the law to donate money to whomever you wish

It looks like donations may not go specifically to the Kleins...

“If you want to help Aaron and Melissa and other Christians deal with blatant discrimination, make a donation to our “Persecuted Christians—USA” fund below.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Klein’s church is accepting checks that will go directly to the Kleins.
It might be a better alternative.
This is what the Nazis did to the Jews. Force their businesses to close, put them out of business, fire them from their jobs, make it so they can’t support their families. All under the appropriate set of laws to make it seem legal.
Then they passed laws to make the Jews themselves illegal, which allowed for the imprisonment and death of “undesirables.”
Welcome to “post-Christian” America.
Well God still says.
Romans 1:..
22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools.. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.
Note also that Romans 1:32 points out that those who approve of such conduct are just as guilty as those who engage in it.
Lev 18:22 “You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination....
25‘For the land has become defiled, therefore I have brought its punishment upon it, so the land has spewed out its inhabitants.”
“Someone needs to set up a business and Gofundme page that funnels money to Christian businesses accused of discrimination....”
There is a group who is doing just that, Franklin Graham...Billy Graham’s son.
