Obama controls deporting and his AG is in charge . States cannot deport, but; they can be hard as hell like Oklahoma.

Which Texas may become more like now that Perry is gone.

From the article:

One of the first things Cruz may have to do on the campaign trail is explain to his social conservative base why in 2009, while preparing to run for state attorney general, he took more than $250,000 in campaign funds from out-of-state investment bankers who supported legalizing gay marriage. Cruz in February introduced legislation to leave same-sex marriage up to the states, a clear move to cut off the U.S. Supreme Court before it rules on the issue.

Sounds like it had little impact on Cruz's views on gay marriage. Since both donors are conservatives on many issues, I would say they donated to Cruz because he mirrored their values on those issues, not gay marriage.

OK, troll boy, what's next? They sure come out from under rocks as soon as the presidential primary process starts.

You must be a Cruz or lose fan. Cruz is not going to win period. He will get the libertarian conservative vote. That sounds like you plus a number who bitch about Obama and vote libertarian.

No, I am not, troll-boy. Right now I lean towards Scott Walker, but like Cruz as well. I am not into seeing morons trashing either one on FR. I do know that when someone posts from Texas Monthly, they are actively trolling, as you did here.

Seriously, you seem to lean towards Perry? The guy who called us all heartless last time. Or Kasich? Sheez...

Those facts are all over the internet. Now, if you approve of going to a fundraiser sponsored by gays and would subject your wife to that I think you have your candidate. You sound like a Cruz type.

You are a real clown. Anyone who searches Cruz and gay marriage contribution will get that site in the top 5. It has the details.

Anything can happen during a campaign. Anything.

You’re the one posting from Texas Monthly, troll. Anyone who knows anything about Texas (and I’ve lived there) knows that is akin to posting from the Nation.

You certainly like to start crap. I seem to recall you are fairly young as it was your grandfather -not your father in WWII. You obviously missed Vietnam. Your mouth reminds me of my sisters kid.

Perry is no longer governor, but hardly anyone sees the difference.

Rick Perry was obviously trying to make this same point:

I had never seen, read, nor heard of the Texas Monthly before one of your fellow Cruz fans who posted above you asked for references. The named publication came up and had specifics. If we are only going to have articles from conservative outlets some 90 % or more of the print media articles already posted would not have been posted.
