I completely agree with you...I truly believe that it’s probably something that occurs very early during fetal development. It’s sad, and I truly feel badly for those people. However, I don’t think that humoring them is compassionate or kind- I think that it’s taking advantage of their desperation and the worst form of exploitation. No matter what surgery a transgender person might have, they will NEVER truly be anything other than what they are- just surgically altered.
