MM believes that the courts will shut down executive amnesty. Senate machinations are complicated. There was the human trafficking bill and the filibuster. This nominee will only be in office 21 months.
I hope this doesn’t inspire another primary that ends up giving us a bearded Marxist. If it ends up giving us a new Senator who doesn’t vote for someone like Loretta Lynch, good. If it results in a bearded Marxist, bad.

I would be interested in finding out whether Mitch truly made this pledge. This could be another stretch of the truth which pisses off, justifiably, Mitch.

O.K., they vote to reject her....Holder stays on.....in a couple of weeks, Obama nominates another, equally unfavorable candidate and yet more time is spent arguing over his/her qualifications....Holder stays on, after, say 2 months the process starts all over again as they vote to accept the new idiot or keep Holder....finally something is decided and someone else is Attorney General....By that time tie administration has less that a year to exist and a whole lot of nothing has been accomplished.....Holder is finally gone, and someone equally unqualified is in office.
and Republicans will say...see, we showed you!!!
