If you or I hired a private investigator to spy on a federal judge’s wife, we would go to prison.

The car lot on the one side is still there but vacated now, probably soon to be under the plow for urban renewal. The other side is now a large apt complex.

Great movie.

The judge needs to recuse himself.

Exactly... and I believe Joe just said OK I wont enforce federal law, I will enforce the Arizona law that says the same thing as the federal one does...

Its all a bunch of crap anyway, Obama brought the dirtiest Chicago politics to the Whitehouse with him. This is payback for Arapaio sending the posse digging into the birth certificate issue.

I am white and so are both my sons, I have been pulled over for a broken tail light lens and also for a missing (burnt out) license plate light. Both my sons have been pulled over for equipment violations, one a cracked windshield, the other a broken tail light (here if you can see white light coming from the red tail light, you can be pulled over for it. Somehow once again, it is only racial profiling when Mexicans get pulled over for it.

Yea I am confused too. Private investigators investigate. Reporters investigate. Political campaigns investigate. Is everyone saying that federal judges and family members can not be investigated for any reason at any time?

“If you are I hired a private investigator to spy on a federal judge’s wife,’we would go to prison.”

I don’t know what the law says on this (and it probably varies from State to State), but if they hand out licenses for private investigators one would think hiring them would be legal - and that just asking questions at a restaurant should be legal. If the sheriff had good reason to suspect that the judge was targeting him to stop his reelection, that in and of itself would seem to be an abuse of power, and the sheriff would seem to have the right to try to protect himself from abuse of power. That said, I have no idea about the legality of all this.

What I do know is that this doesn’t seem anymore like a country that resembles the USA, but maybe I was just naive all my life.

What ever became of the “earth-shattering” investigation of Obama by Sheriff Joe?

Yabut.

Joe is a minor embarrassment to The Obama Régime. He is unfortunately, a major embarrassment to the Republicans, who have refused to help him on any level, leaving him wide open to political prosecution.

Either way, he is on the skids. The POTUS' documentation is fraudulent. Big Deal. So what? Move along. Arizona re-joining Aztlán? Whatever.

Well you are probably right but at this juncture the country is so corrupt that I can hardly summon up any righteous anger toward Sherrif Joe for using dirty tactics.

Sheriff Arpaio has already admitted in a letter to the judge that he committed civil contempt and he apologized to Judge Snow for investigating him and his wife. I doubt that will be enough to stop Judge Snow from referring the case for investigation of criminal contempt.
