The American Civil Liberties Union is suing the federal government in an effort to force religious organizations to provide abortions and contraception to illegal immigrants. Fox News reports that the lawsuit seeks to obtain government records regarding the reproductive healthcare policies for illegal immigrant children that are currently in the care of federally funded Catholic groups. Depending on the content of those documents, the ACLU said it could take further legal action.
“We have heard reports that Catholic bishops are prohibiting Catholic charities from allowing teens in their care to access critical services like contraception and abortion — even if the teenager has been raped on her journey to the United States or in a detention facility,” said ACLU staff attorney Brigitte Amiri.

It’s insane that even the ACLU would remotely think that Catholic charities should have to fund abortion. It’s just insane.
Apparently, the “civil liberties” the ACLU defends does not include the First Amendment free exercise of religion. But I already knew that.
The biggest ones already do, don’t they? Catholic Charities, anyone?
No - it isn’t that they THINK they should - it is that they will be FORCED to.
In a way they brought this on themselves by backing sanctuary cities and amnesty and opposing enforcement.
If the ACLU is so dang worried about them why don’t they pay for their abortions? I’m sure that liberals will contribute to a fund, right?
The real question is how do we get rid of the ACLU?

It’s not as insane as you might think. Many of these “charities” aren’t even religious organizations, regardless of their names.
They’re just being deliberately venal, over-the-line vileness intended to set the tone for the fight to come. Pretending we are NOT killing human beings with abortion is INSANE-—it is IRRATIONAL-—and IRRATIONAL LAW is UNJUST LAW.
Science proves that babies are human beings inside the womb-—there is no doubt that they are individuals who have Natural Rights to Life FROM GOD—NOT THE STATE OR MOM.
We know that sex is either male or female (two sexes is the ONLY norm—all others throw out Truth and Science and Natural Law which is the basis of our “Justice” (virtue) System)-—and the two sexes are NOT interchangeable....yet we “PRETEND” that they are which is INSANE AND IRRATIONAL (It is actually Marxist Theory to destroy individual identity and uniqueness in people, so they can herd and kill people when the State deems necessary.)
Children/babies are allowed to be bought and sold and bred and have their Reality warped by evil people-—denying them their UNALIENABLE NATURAL RIGHT to have a biological mother and father who created them in Love.
It is EVIL and UNJUST LAW to promote using human beings as a Means to an End (all homosexual “unions”)—can’t do that under the US Constitution, but we have IDIOTS who have thrown out Reason and Natural Law (Science and Christian Ethics) for Stalin’s Laws, and promoting insanity and evil to little children, and they can NOT do that in a Just System.
When you put evil, irrational ideas into small children (like Heather has two mommies), they grow up to be irrational evil children usually.
Unjust Laws are “null and void” (Justice John Marshall). We need to put the Constitution BACK and use it.
