Hillary Clinton apparently plans to base her presidential campaign on the noble goals of greater fairness and shared sacrifice.
She has already lambasted vast differences in compensation. "The average CEO makes about 300 times what the average worker makes," Clinton warned.
She is right -- but can best appreciate that fact from her own career and family.
Recently, Clinton has demanded up to $300,000 for brief 30-minute speeches. She apparently believes in the free-market theory that on the lecture circuit, speakers -- like CEOs -- should be paid as much as the market can bear.

Hillary once mentioned about her speaking fees.
And she said that she herself doesn’t get the money, and that she donates speaking fees to the Clinton family foundation.
Does Hillary feel that brazen about insulting our intelligence? So, if speaking fees she earns go to a closely held family foundation which she controls, isn’t that the same thing as she herself personally getting the money? What am I missing???
Or does she really feel she can insult our intelligence? Or does she feel that this isn’t really an important issue, and that the media and other liberals will cover for her???

You are absolutely right.
A ‘normal’ person without the Clinton name, who graduated with BA in history, and doctoral degree in international relations/relationship (forgot which one is the accurate name of her study) and public health, EVEN with all that Stanford/Oxford glitz, probably would not have made ends meet. (Marrying an ex-hedge fund manager from Goldman Sachs probably does help, though)
