I’d expect the difference to be trans and rear-end gearing.
A good driver of a RICE can cycle through the gears and post a 4.5s. The electric-motor-jockey is at the mercy of the drive-train; it cannot be changed.
The electric motor might take the start from the hole (e-motors apply 100% HP ^on start^ so the tires better be damn good!) but, power applied evenly across the e-motor -once they are “on plane”- will show their weakness.
Likely not as “super” a car as they envision. I suspect the Rousch and Shelby Mustang as well as the Hellcat would shame this China-girl on the track.
Design input? Not bad but, who hasn’t done a low-slung roadster with graphic angles in the paint scheme? You can see that everyday on I-94 between Jackson and Detroit.
It looks like somebody slapped a cheap ricer body kit on what started out as a decent looking car.
I prefer the old school styling of the Hellcat anyway.
