Perhaps it’s the Jewish state, but the state of Judaism in Israel might raise a few eyebrows: according to an international Gallup poll, Israel is now one of the world’s least religious countries.

Young people consider themselves religious. Orthodoxy is taking over Israel.

We all know that the most religious countries are Muslim countries. What does that do for them?

Until the Cross, the Jews were the “chosen people”. After the Cross, believers in Jesus ,as the Son of God ARE the “chosen people” and are saved into eternal life. Never doubt that.

More Israel bashing designed to discredit Israel more and more, and to gradually turn more and more Americans against Israel and Israeli Jews?

Every day Obama’s America seems to become more like Germany in the 1930s and 1940s.

That is Replacement Theology and not true. We we’re put on the shelf by GOD The Father after we as a people( although, there were about a million Messianic Jews in the first century) rejected Yeshua, but we never rejected by GOD and all of his promises towards Israel are still in place. the Jewish Messiah Yeshua will bring Israel back to GOD the Father.

Most of God's Covenants with Israel are are unconditional. They are still the chosen people. That doesn't mean other people aren't chosen for other purposes.

That’s what Jimmah Cahtah believes, and why he hates Israel. It’s wrong.

Rom 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
Rom 11:2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,

You are not correct.

This is far from an apples to apples comparison. In the US, a person who onky attends Christian services on Christmas and Easter will often consider himself religious, in Israel, a comparably observant Jew would consider himself secular.

"Nearly two-thirds of the Israelis polled either described themselves as not religious, or convinced atheists. Fifty-seven percent of Israelis described themselves as non-religious, while 8% said they were convinced atheists. Just 30% described themselves as religious.

I'm suspicious of the methodology here. The term "religious" in Israel is pretty much synonymous with "orthodox," i.e., quite meticulous about keeping kosher, strictly observing Shabbat (no driving!), keeping your head covered, etc.

The term "religious" = "ritualistic" in Israel.

I have relatives in Israel who sometimes go to synagogue, (mostly) keep kosher, celebrate all the (major) Jewish holidays and absolutely will not work on Shabbat, but they would not call themselves "religious."

My family and lived in Tel Aviv for two years (2004-2006). They have a saying there, words to the effect "you go to Jerusalem to Pray, and Tel Aviv to Play".

This article is sooo wrong and was probably take on Saturday nights in Tel Aviv with the party crowd.

By order or religion from top to bottom, Jewish first, Islam second, Christianity third and hidden from view, the BaHa'i fourth.

Even the Arabs in Jaffa are mostly Christian - this article is pure BS.

Acts 4:10-12:

Then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.

Jesus is the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.

The modern State of Israel is a creation of financial elites, a.k.a., new world order.

It does not welcome Christians who preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, only Christians who come as tourists.

Thus, though all things happen according to Providence, this nation is not yet corporately submitting itself to Christ (even as America is turning away from him also), and so we are unwise to see this as being yet in the final state described in Rommans 11. This is not a nation covenanted with Christ, but a nation devised by a few elite men’s hearts and minds.

Politically the modern state of Israel primarily has a socialist/communist bent, which is what new world order set in motion there and prefers. The worlds’ financial elites, children of the Devil, prefer communism where they can install it. There is, however, strong participation in global trade and finance in that modern state, so, even though there is a socialist bent, trade and commerce flourish as well. But of course, this does not a Christian nation make, as we know all too well in America.

The political, business and cultural leadership, and intelligence services of the modern state of Israel are certainly well tied-in with the new world order network. The same can be said of the major powers of the East and West, i.e., Russia, China, the “five eyes” countries, and Europe. The UK is the traditional “lead” new world order country, and was instrumental, of course, in the set up of the modern state of Israel. All of these “governments” are really essentially “fronts” for new world order, which controls them through financing of their governments and independent, private, new world order “proprietary” espionage, that is, espionage planning and activities outside of any national intelligence service. New world order thus ensures that its minions are placed in the highest positions in the various intelligence services, so government intelligence activities can be suitably influenced for new world order’s advantage. These linkages are why new world order is so effective at stirring up trouble and then using that trouble to induce governments to take covert or overt action.

New world order has cleverly corrupted Evangelical Christian doctrine in this regard, primarily, as well as other denominations, into a reflex-like American political backing for the modern state of Israel. This helps new world order to garner American political support for their use of the US military in the middle east, i.e., America must defend Israel because of some Biblical exhortation or command, which is patently untrue - since Biblically, the modern state of Israel at this point is a heathen nation that rejects Jesus Christ.

While some heathens are friendlier than others, some may be more reasonable than others, etc., the bottom line Biblically is certainly that corporate rejection of Christ means the corporate body is under no protection of God and is subject to chastisement in the case of Israel, wrath in the case of pagan nations.

Many American Christians, strongly deluded and misled by false teaching regarding eschatology, overlook the basic fact that the modern state of Israel is anti-Christ.

This is not to say that nations that are anti-Christ must or should be militarily attacked based on that fact, as the subduing of the nations under Christ’s dominion is a spiritual conquering, not a martial one.

Most certainly Romans 11 and other parts of Scripture are clear that, though the destruction of the Temple in AD 70 was a clear sign of, in effect, a spiritual divorce, that - after the “fullness” of the Gentiles, the Jewish people as a corporate body (not necessarily every single person, but a noticeable large number) will turn to Christ, and thus be restored and brought back into the community of the children of God (this is clearly stated in Romans 11).

While we should wish peace for everyone that is peaceable, we should not allow ourselves to be goaded into illegitimate military actions which in reality are new world order missions. Arguably the most egregious recent case is the “war” and occupation of Afghanistan, which was and is for the purpose of protection for the illegal side of new world order’s global opium business.

Of course there would be no righteousness by default in siding with a Muslim country against a Jewish one, as they both are anti-Christ, so I’m not saying that any anti-Israel side of a debate should be ours by default.

What in reality goes on behind the scenes at the highest levels of international relations, which is most difficult for the conservative rank-and-file to understand well in context, is that there are close political, intelligence and business ties between both sides of the Israel-Islamic conundrum - so much so that at the highest levels of government, America is, in effect, the closest of “friends” with both the Israeli and the Muslim sides. Many conservatives in the rank-and-file in America simply write that off as a “liberal mistake”, and go on with their quixotic wishing for wanton destruction of Muslim countries and naive carte-blanche for the modern state of Israel. Yet the fact stares us in the face that this “liberal mistake” of being tried-and-true allies of Muslim countries is passed on generation to generation of the Bush family, quite literally the leading conservative political family in America, not to mention all the elites of the American business world - a supposed realm of “elite conservatives”.

Perhaps no one is more ill-advised by those who lead us culturally than American Jews themselves. Despite being in their minds the most “in-the-know” on the subject from wisdom handed down generation to generation, from cultural leaders certainly among those most well-placed in society - they, like their Christian sheeple counterparts, spare no effort in keeping their fingers in their ears, eyes closed, and loudly repeating “la la la”, so as to keep any concept of the machinations of new world order’s elites filtered from their consciousness.

The Bible clearly tells us that we are to live peaceably with our neighbors, so much as it is up to us.

The Bible is also clear that forced or tricked conversions to Christ are not conversions at all, they are just a cruel lie.

The Bible is clear that we should simply be spreading the Gospel message through quoting from Scripture and testifying, that such is how Christ is subduing the nations in time and history.

We certainly must be patient in this regard, according to Scripture, as things happen in God’s good time.

I would simply remind my fellow Christians to be on guard spiritually, in our hearts and minds, for, as in the time of Jesus Christ’s earthly ministry, corrupted religious leaders can sometimes be the most ardent anti-Christ deceivers, whose father is the father of lies. And frequently such corrupt religious leaders will have the closest and darkest alliances with similiarly corrupted political, business and cultural leaders.

Also, Ezekiel speaks of many in Israel turning to God as a consequence of the wars predicted in Ezekiel 37-38. Many in the world as well. So if many are secular now, they won’t be when they see God supernaturally act!
