Those two thieves probably learned how to steal from their mothers and they are teaching their children how to steal. I have seen those type of people them putting new shoes on kids to make sure they fit, and then they leave the old shoes in the new shoe box and walk out with the new shoes on the kids. It is a cultural thang.
