1) How much in contributions from Michigan teacher’s union execs is this Chang person getting, and 2) So an evil sadistic parent is not going to put her kids in a freezer if they go to a public school ?

Speak up people. This was a case of the usual state agencies dropping the ball and behaving as if it were a chance to seize more control.

Homeschooling had NOTHING to do with the death of these children. The mother claimed she was homeschooling them after she had already killed them. The schools were aware of ongoing abuse and CPS was aware of ongoing abuse but they did nothing.

more over - if you want to flag a non-conformance issue look to the test scores. No test taking, no teaching. You don’t have to invade a home!

I’ve done some research into this story and this is a case of the state agencies dropping the ball. The school and child protective services both knew of long term abuse and did nothing.

The mother only claimed she was home schooling them to explain their disappearance (they were likely public school students when they were killed)

She used “home-schooling” as a cover for her murderous intent. According to the gummint, all home-schoolers now have murderous intent.

Simple, right? Now, let’s talk about those those “pre-PubSchool-enrollment” abortions...?

You stand a much better chance of being sexually assaulted by a teacher, or shot and killed by a fellow student in public or private school then being injured or killed while being home schooled. Perhaps we need to make some kind of law that prevents these things from happening.

Let’s look at the real problem. This mother is a “CRACK ADDICT”, and she decided that to pay for her addiction, she had as many babies as she could, from as many men that are willing to service her. More babies mean more money from the government. Once the babies were born, the money started coming in. No one in the government ever thought about inspecting the house. By the time the government decided to investigate, it was too late, she had already killed those children, but the money was still coming in, to support the children even though the children were all dead. Who should we blame for this? PUT THE BLAME WHERE IT BELONGS, THE GOVERNMENT

I was homeschooled, and had to be registered with the local school district according to PA law. My work had to be submitted for inspection, and medical exams were mandatory too. This is not considered unusual or offensive by most people...but then, it happened in a town where the antique dealers were required by law to submit all business records to the police department. Yes, every transaction, purchase, sale, all banking and credit card activity. You are answerable to the badge.

I think this accountability is the wave of the future. We are certainly hip-deep in this state already.

That’s a tough one. Should homeschool kids have ZERO oversight? Not every parent is capable of doing an adequate job of educating their children, regardless of their good intentions.

But the other side is that the leftists who administer such oversight programs will be more concerned with the kids missing out on the early propagandizing that creates good little Marxists!
