I continue to be puzzled why those who donated at the very recent freep-a-thon, and those who have a history of donating, wait until the last minute.

It absolutely puzzles me. I would appreciate any thoughts on the subject.

If there is anyone doubting Free Republic's dominating excellence compared to their closest rival, they need only go to those sites and try to discuss. If it isn't the progressive trolls planted to totally disrupt and bring their weird view into the open, then it's software fit for commodore 64, or it's moderators who must be appointed by the GOP-E.

Free Republic is on top of the news, the first in analysis, and the best with no peers in the world of interaction and discussion.

Why would those who frequent these pages not donate, donate soon, and donate regularly?

Beats me.
