Age 65 physical therapist. I provide home-care PT to elderly folks 80+, living in community or assisted living. I have had 1000’s of hours “treating” and observing the aging process.

I now have a clear understanding of how and why we loose our physical vitality. And I have devised a remedy.

I exercise exactly 10 minutes everyday. My fitness level is extremely high. Muscle tone and definition in all the major muscle groups, flexibility and range of motion at all major joints. Pain free and very very active.

My 10 minute daily exercise program consists of performing a specific set of 20 movements and stretches that are fundamental to all human beings. I call them the “Essential 20.”

Each of the 20 “exercises” is timed at 30 seconds. So, 20 exercise X's 30 seconds each = 10 minutes.

I have created a tool/apparatus that facilitates performance of the “Essential 20.” I call it a “MobilityBar.”

The MobilityBar provides the perfect point of leverage and stability for performing the “Essential 20.”

I am currently working with a local metal fabricator to produce a commercial quality MobilityBar. I hope to be offering my 10 Minute MobilityBar Home Exercise System, to the public later this year.
