Those of us with ancestors who fought for the Union Army should be exempt from any cost of these reparations. Ditto for those of us with ancestors who did not come to the US until after the end of slavery.

Wouldn’t matter, even if we gave every black in the country that could prove the were descendants of slaves a billion dollars ... they would be broke within a month.
