One of the biggest black slave holders in the history of South Carolina was a black man by the name of William Ellison. His son fought for the South and all he family supported the Confederacy. Proud black confederates.

No amount of money, no amount of ANYTHING will ever be enough. Plus, my ancestors didn’t arrive here until the early 1900’s. I doubt they ever saw a black until then.
I’ll pay reparations for the slaves I owned, not those of ancestors two hundred years ago.
