That's true, but if you'd ever worked in a Chipotle, you might have a different attitude if you were flush.
I always tip a buck at pizza places if they're quick, and have a chipper attitude, because I was on the other side of that counter many years ago. It makes their day a little brighter, knowing that someone appreciates what they do, and it's no skin off my nose.
I would understand if blacks felt uncomfortable going into a fast food place in a black community where every employee was white.
I don't understand why fast food places don't understand we might feel the same way... mix it up - integrate but don't switch to 'all black segregation'... feels hostile.
