They will never leave anything behind that they have had their hands on for ‘security reasons’, you can bet every last thing either one of them touched was scooped up by the secret service.

The same goes 0 and his family and for the same reason.

The SS didn't do that in this case. Her people had to call them to tell
them Hill was in their restaurant, after she left.

Had to look up “ophidian”. You nailed it!

Surprised that Hillary’s minions didn’t ask the wait staff to contribute a week’s wages to her most auspicious campaign.

More like run out those Republicans who are more likely to tip...

I'd expect they're going to disrupt the guy's business for an hour or two just to get some lunch and their photo-op.

Of course not ... she has people for that (little ones, but still people).

In that case, no harm no foul.

Dear Boogieman,

It's not meant as a matter of high principle, political or otherwise. It's just a fact of life. If you're rich and powerful, and you can't spare a buck for the little guy, people will see you in a poor light.

It's stupid politics to pass that tip jar by.

I am surprised.

This was a staged event. Everything about it was choreographed and scripted. How could her handlers have overlooked this?

But you likely aren’t a multi-millionairass running for the most powerful position in the world. Cameras and witnesses everywhere, a little politeness and generosity would be in order.

Now listen when she argues for a “living wage” which she will, because it’s about bribing the fast food LIVs with BS, rather than a gratuity out of her own pocketbook.

They seriously think that the little people should be so thrilled to wait on someone as special and famous as their candidate — that any monetary recompense would be superfluous.

Seriously.

I always give the youth at Little Caesar's a buck tip.

Makes them feel good. I used to sling pizzas in my youth, so I know..

Get the moths out of the damned billfold, leave some folding cash.

LOL! "Foldin' money", as we used to call it.

[[Nope, we will be serfs with a pittance of an allowance...]]

And the low info voters who love her will think they are getting such a great deal and happily vote for her again- She takes $100 from them, and then gives them $10 (to help with gasoline costs, or food costs) and they fall all over themselves thinking they are ‘gittin sumthin for fwee’ from her, and thinks she’s the best thing since sliced bread

This country really is hopelessly lost to idiocy IF she gets elected

Agree. I never tip unless I’m actually waited on at a table. And I’m a great tipper since I cocktailed and tended bar for a very long time.

As sitetest noted above, the rules are different for the rich and powerful and famous.

Sarah Palin would have been PILLORIED if it was her.

Spread the wealth, Hillary - you can afford it. :)

Hillary’s campaign has been alot of fun already. Can’t wait to see the rest of it.

You know she's hating all of this interaction with the common folk, and it has to go on for another five hundred days. I hope she gets the nomination and then has a titanic, sailor-mouthed, lamp throwing hissy fit that is caught on camera. It will probably be directed at a secret service agent or some hotel maid.

She pulled the same crap in 2008:

Hillary Clinton Stiffs Waitress...Then Lies About It

I think there was also a no-tip incident back then when she ate at a restaurant in the western part of New York State.
