” “NO CATCALLING ANYTIME” and “NO CATCALL ZONE.”
Designed for,and to be worn exclusively by fat, ugly women who have never been hit on in their lives......

There are important concerns in life, worthy concerns that serious-minded people dedicate time, money, and effort to. This isn’t one of them.

Do people actually still cat call? It’s so 70s. Mostly 70s fiction. I don’t think I’ve ever heard one out in reality.

So, this really happens?
Does it only happen according to how women are dressed?
Does it happen to men?
Who is doing the catcalling?
Can they get arrested?

Only a group called Pussy Division could object to Catcalls.

I’ve lived on this planet more than 6 decades. In all that time, I honestly can’t recall a single cat call at any place or time other than on television.
(Not counting when my wife calls the kitties to dinner or when Jim calls the Viking Kitties to bring thunder on the unrepentant)

They do.
Or at least they did in the 90's when I worked downtown and had to walk past a construction site.
The first couple of times it bothered me. The third time I stopped, gave a curtsy, and said, "Thank you for the complement gentlemen but I am seeing someone." After that it got to be a game.
They would whistle (no more propositions), I would curtsy and say thank you but no and life would go on.
I was actually kind of sad when they told me they were finishing up and brought them a box of cookies on their last day.

How nasty were the comments?

What do these people have against cats, anyway?

Fairly mild for the most part. That might have been because I always wore a nice suit, my hair up and pumps. I was working in sales at a jewelry store at the time and we had to look very nice but professional.
There were a couple who's comments would have made my hair curl if it hadn't been pinned down but they shut up after the first week.
I am not saying that every group would have been so nice. Maybe in the big city it would have been a lot raunchier but this was a small city or a big town depending on how you categorized it.

Me too, except, when I was young and would get a wolf whistle from construction workers. It was not threatening in any way, but it still was a little embarrassing.

I suspect it will be a cold day in hell when most of these feminazis will get a cat call. Maybe a woof woof.
