5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.

6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.

7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.

Hussein Obama doing this? Simple: He wants to harm the economy. He knows damn well the more regulations put on energy, the higher the cost. And when fuel prices rise, everything rises thus it IS economic terrorism. What was the cost of gas when Bush left office? $1.90 a gallon? Today it’s almost double that and it was done on purpose by the economic terrorists like B. Hussein Obama. This “climate change” is merely a tool they use in their terrorist attacks against the economy.

Your asking the wrong questions in regards to correct ranges. The earth doesn’t give a damn if humans live on it. It will spin around the sun if it is a scorched desert, or an organic Eden. The real questions should be what are man’s requisite ranges for survival.
